FPV Video from GS to phone/tablet (latency, stream type)

Newbie question - what latency can we get using stream from GS to android/iOS phone?

I have noticed QGroundControl ‘UDP h.264 Video Stream’ refresh is ~1 FPS even in ‘low latency mode’.
What settings should I use to have something a bit closer :wink: to … analog FPC video I’m not expecting miracle, but what is typical FPS able to get)?

Edit: I have downloaded QOpenHD for android, it works perfectly with barely no latency vs. GS.
