Just looking for a good base to start my use case which is great hd fpv , to 1km , near lots of Wifi, some reflective buildings in smallish fixed wings. Also don’t want to interfere with the Club’s 2.4g LOS gear or DJI stuff.
I’d suggest using 5.8ghz wifi cards, the ASUS ac56 is popular but the “taobao card” is good too. See the OpenHD wiki for details.
And then just grab a pair of raspberry pi boards and a pi camera v2 and you’ll be almost set.
